MailMyself is designed to do one thing: send emails to yourself. This policy explains what data is involved and how it is handled. The short version: we collect as little as possible and never sell or share your data.
MailMyself uses TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first analytics service, to understand anonymous, aggregate usage — for example, how often the send feature is used. TelemetryDeck does not collect personal data, does not store IP addresses, and does not use advertising or cross-app tracking identifiers. The content of your emails and your email address are never included.
When you tap Send, your message is transmitted to a Cloudflare Worker (our server) which passes it to Resend for delivery. Resend's privacy policy applies to this step. Neither we nor Resend store your message content after it has been delivered.
If you choose to connect Slack, an access token is stored securely on your device in the iOS Keychain and is used only to post the notes you send to the Slack channel or direct message you select. When you send a note to Slack, its text is transmitted to Slack to deliver it. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, which removes the token from your device. Slack's privacy policy applies to data handled by Slack.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third party. Data is processed only as needed to run the app: Resend (to deliver your email), TelemetryDeck (anonymous analytics), and — if you connect it — Slack (to deliver the notes you send there), as described above.
Your email address is stored on your device and can be removed at any time by deleting the app. No data is retained on our servers.
MailMyself is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
